Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–21 business days
• International orders: 10–30 business days

Certain products may arrive faster if shipped from U.S.-based fulfillment centers.

Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, customs, holidays, or unforeseen events.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on fulfillment locations.
This does not affect shipping cost to you.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you (when available).
Tracking updates can take a few days to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an address change is required, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
After fulfillment starts, we may not be able to adjust shipping information.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package does not arrive within 45 days of shipment, please contact us.
We will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Once confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by carriers — in such cases, please check with the carrier or local delivery office.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos for verification. Once confirmed, we will replace or refund the item.


International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may incur customs, duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
