Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Packaging must be intact where applicable. Some items may be exempt from return due to hygiene rules, customization, or supplier restrictions.
To start a return, contact us at Contact@jacsresales.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will provide return instructions and approval. Do not send items back without authorization, as they may be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. We may request photos to confirm the issue for supplier claim purposes. Once verified, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability and your preference.
Claims determined to be an error on our part are fully covered at our expense.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed as lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Personalized or custom products
• Intimate goods or hygiene-sensitive items
• Clearance or final-sale products
• Digital goods
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
